Die Casting
With more than 20 years of die casting experience and manufacturing facility equips to handle a variety of product sizes that range in size from 15 to 500 tons. So, no matter it is aluminum, zinc or magnesium, we have the ability to do the job right.
Our casting service has been helping engineers and architects bring their designs to life with state of the art part designs and reliable quality.

CNC Machining
Machined Castings - Any features can be machined into our base castings with our top quality equipment. Our skilled operators employ all forms of machining to meet your requirements: multi-point drilling and tapping, milling, boring, lathe work, and grinding.
For start-up or multi-tool operations we utilize our CNC equipment, which enables us to perform many tasks at one station. Focusing on increased throughput and low cost, we will design and construct multi-point or dial machines for high volume applications. At Evertrue we can customize any tooling you require with our quality machines, exceptional engineering, and expert production staff. These machines can perform many labor intensive operations with extreme accuracy and consistency, holding tolerances as close as ± 0.05mm

Secondary Operations
n addition to Casting & Machining operations, Evertrue Precision also works with certified subcontractors who provide high specification treatments with limitless choice of colors and finishes. There are Vibratory debur, Sanding, Polishing, Anodizing, Plating and Coating in various glossy, satin as well as textured finishes.
